Sim card, how can it be misused?

Is it possible to use SIM cards for other purposes?
After all, this is a real microcomputer with memory and a processor.
Maybe make something like a memory drive, or an energy-efficient microcomputer for some simple tasks? Or maybe a SIM can be a microcontroller?
I think if you dream up, you can come up with a lot, but how from a technical point of view?
What of all this is possible and how to implement it?
- It's just that I have a lot of non-working SIM cards and many people also have enough, so why
not come up with something useful and interesting from them as if there is nothing to do. Maybe something innovative will happen?

The sim card has only one interface, and without it, it actually will not work. Therefore, it makes no sense to use it as a microcomputer - you need another computer to work with the SIM card itself.
You can try reading the specs.
It's just not clear what exactly is meant by "not intended". If you want to already reuse ready-made SIM cards, then it is not clear whose and how exactly they are arranged. They may be without a flash drive, that is, you can’t write anything on them.
Again, a programmer for flash memory for SIM cards - you need to figure out how it all works.

It is easier to use them for their intended purpose, and throw out the used ones. What do you dislike about a modern, energy-efficient computing computer? In terms of speed, it will be clearly more efficient than a bunch of SIM cards.
