Signing in to Google Accounts is not working. How to fix?

Google applications stopped working after integrating the GSF framework into the system using Link2SD. There was an error "No more space left on device" and apparently there were unwritten data.
Return, data reset, reinstallation of GApps did not help.
I did not manually find anything superfluous in the system, perhaps the system tables responsible for applications are corrupted.
Is there a way to fix everything without flashing? I would not want to re-root and install modules, besides, it is interesting to solve the problem, and not reinstall the system daily XD
