How serious are these warnings from Google?

Google Search Console in the "Products" section gives the following warnings:
5fd37ef78e83b985950935.jpeg
How seriously can they affect the position of the site in the search? And what to fill them with?
For example, in this section of code, he sees "the url field is missing" - what exactly is meant?

<ul class="list-unstyled price-ul" itemprop="offers" itemscope itemtype="https://schema.org/Offer">
                                          <li class="micro-availability">
                <span itemprop="availability" class="micro-availability" content="https://schema.org/InStock">Доставка 15-20 дней
</span>
                <meta itemprop="priceCurrency" content="RUB" />
                <span class="micro-price" itemprop="price" content="240000.00">240000.00</span>
              </li>
                                          <li class="row">
                <div class="price col-sm-12" id="main-product-price">240 000.00 р.</div>
              </li>
                            <li class="row">
                                                <p class="col-sm-6 product-tax-box">Без НДС: <span id="main-product-tax">240 000.00 р.</span></p>
                              </li>
                                        </ul>

this is micro-markup, he does not see it normally. Extended snippets with such errors cannot be seen

Commodity micromarking is not filled in the proper volume.
What will it affect? - Nothing. Markup is not a ranking factor, and can be used to some extent to form a snippet in SERP. Or maybe not used.
In practice, I have never encountered the fact that the elimination of such problems somehow affects the positions, especially when it comes to individual commodity cards. If there are resources, it can be eliminated.
