Google publisher center - Why is the site only being added to RSS?

Hello, I'm trying to add a site to Google News (using the Google publisher center), I looked at the tutorials, but they don't have the same as mine, when I click on the "add content" tab and enter a link to RSS there, it is added stupidly to RSS , and those that I watched video tutorials have a choice: "Use web or amp" and "Use feed content".
I can't figure out why I don't have one. help me please
