How to tell search engines the owner of the content?

Gentlemen, good afternoon.
I have a site. The content on it is written by third-party authors or independently. If the text takes some other resource for itself, then the search engines will consider that my content is not original.
Question: how can search engines indicate that my texts are original?
At the moment, I found a section in Yandex for "content owners", but it stubbornly writes The section is not available, since the site is not indexed by the main Yandex robot . While I'm waiting. By the way, can anyone tell me how long the site will be fully indexed?
Google has the ability to link a site to a profile. And how to indicate that the original text is on it is not clear.

In general, experience has shown the following:
1) Yandex - is added to the tools for webmasters, content owners .
2) Google - not required. Pages are indexed and added to the search much faster than Yandex. Whose text is in the index, that and slippers.

make sure that your content is indexed first, then they will be considered thieves as it should be. Acceleration of indexing - adurilka Yash, Google + links to social networks + delayed publication of your RSS feed.
+ google rel=author but google it well, as shpargalkablog.ru/2014/09/rel-author-google.html
+ there is a tool "Yandex original texts"

In general, if the site is indexed normally, then there will be no problems.
But, for Yandex, there is also such a stray: https://webmaster.yandex.ru/content/?service=ORIGINALS

Yandex Webmaster has a tool called "Original texts", it makes it possible to tell Yandex who owns the text even before it is published on the site.
