Structured Content Rules for Reviews?

How does Google feel if the site has reviews left, but there is no user authorization system as such? Do they check it? I found this requirement only for local businesses. What if it's an online store?

Doesn't apply at all. Google understands that the site owner can write their own reviews. Therefore, this does not affect the ranking of the site in the search.
But when reviews are left on external sources. For example, reviews on Google maps, the WOT browser extension, etc. Google monitors such reviews very closely, and this is one of the factors in ranking a site in search.

Bitrix or. Works many times faster than WP + Woocommerce. Plus, you don’t have to suffer with the winding up of a mountain of plug-ins and crutches. How do thousands of stores work on Bitrix? And bad reviews can be found on any product. And the more popular it is, the more reviews there will be.
You can also consider CS-Cart.
I have not seen free options for serious projects.

Everything you described is in Wordpress+Woocommerce. PayPal is native there, for all other payment methods that you mentioned, you will need to install one single plugin from Yandex (officially developed by Yandex).

Bitrix + Bitrix. Marketplace for choosing a template. This is a very popular solution, and it is very cheap. There are also free templates. but a regular corporate site can and will suit you .

October CMS + Shopaholic . One of the most flexible solutions for today. No WooCommerce, miniShop, Magenta can compare in terms of flexibility in customization. The fact is that all data is sent through October extends, through which they can be processed by any custom business logic of the project. So, if something is not "out of the box", it is added "nearby" without affecting the CMS core or the store plugin.

I would recommend Legosp CMS, it's free and has a lot of features already. As simple as in administration as well as in refinement.
