Open the old and new versions of the site and compare for the same pages:
1) The weight of the entire pages, as well as the weight of the images
2) The amount of Html markup
3) The correctness of the semantics, the use of any Html5 tags, microformats, etc.
4) The number errors returned by the html validator
Probably, according to some criterion, the quality of the site has fallen (from the point of view of search engines). Maybe the pages began to weigh many times more, maybe some content was displayed directly in Html, and in the new version it began to be displayed through js.
Have you played with robots.txt for an hour?
There may be many options. Without publishing to compare the old version, you are unlikely to be given an accurate answer, because there is nothing to compare with.
If finances allow, then it is better to order a competent SEO audit, rather than guessing on the coffee grounds.

А позиции упали? Если не упали, а траффик стал меньше, то логична списать на сезонность.
Если упали позиции, то тут варианты от фильрта, до конкуренты все-таки лучше оптимизировали страницы.

Скорость загрузки у вашего сайта низкая, надо признать. А это один из важнейших факторов ранжирования. Подключили, судя по всему, ряд css и js файлов, которые блокируют отображение. Оптимизируйте страницы по рекомендациям Google PageSpeed Insight. это один из моментов. Второе, у Вас не настроены ЧПУ на ряде страниц. Например, на этой arthata.by/index.php?fc=module&module=azgallery&co... И не настроены rel="canonical" на таких страницах.
