Should old unanswered QA questions be answered?

Does it make sense to reply to old QA topics that are unanswered?
(the last “unanswered”, by the way, is dated September 2nd, 2010)
Or will answers in such topics be necroposts?

Respond. QA is very well indexed by search engines, many people will be able to find answers to their questions :)

I think it makes sense to answer, if there is no solution, that is, the issue is not marked as resolved.

Yes.
In general, I consider it good form to answer my own question if the solution was found on my own. After all, it may be useful to someone else.
