Do you see the difference between comments on a question and answers to a question on Toaster?
I see a lot of answers, which in fact are not answers, but comments on the question. Do you see this difference, and if so, how would you explain it?

There is not enough good editor for comments, even the code cannot be inserted humanly, and sometimes a comment is a solution, you need a "solution" and "like" button. Oh, I forgot, you can’t edit the comment yet, this is a failure.
This will be added and everything is ok.
Sometimes an answer that looks like a comment is actually the beginning of a dialogue. Not always the author of the question somehow reacts - the dialogue is interrupted. The answer can always be changed by adding. I often began the answer with the phrase: "Well, how can we answer you without a code" and ended with a complete solution.
In addition, as I understand it, you are directly connected with TM, if possible, I will ask the question: why did they hide those very comments on the question? They are not visible, but I want the answer to be seen not only by the TS, but also by the community - otherwise, why answer? You can't vote for comments like this either. What is the point of leaving a comment?
