How to return a question from the "/tmp" section?

By accident, due to negligence and curiosity, I put the question in the / tmp section and now I realized that I can’t get it back :(
There are no instructions and explanations on the site, so I can’t figure it out without help.
If anyone knows, please tell me how to do it .
