Should I update the components of my desktop PC?

Greetings
There is a home bakery with the following characteristics:

Processor - i3 8100,
Motherboard - gigabyte z370 hd3
Video card - gigabyte 1050 ti
RAM - 1 die 8 GB (2133Mhz) kingston fury
Power supply - Chieftec BDF-500S (500W)

Can you advise me how to upgrade my hardware? There are several options:
1. Sell the RAM and buy 2 8gb modules with a higher frequency, so that after that you can buy an i7 8700k
2. Throw in a processor with RAM, sell your 1050ti and buy a 1060 for 6gb
3. Buy a second die for 8gb (2133Mhz ), do not update the processor
4. Do not touch the RAM, just buy an i7 (although the specifications say that you need 2666Mhz)
In fact, I took the motherboard in order to install i7 in the future and not worry about the relevance of my components for at least a couple of years. My 1050ti seems to have enough for everything.
Or maybe not to bother now with the upgrade of components?
I have ~20+ chrome, webstorm and photoshop tabs open while working.

~20+ chrome tabs, WebStorm and Photoshop - this is, of course, an unbearable burden for 1050ti
Here, 1080ti may not be enough.

1. I would add a memory chip, even if I sell this 8GB and buy two 4GB each, so that there is a two-channel.
2. Everything depends on your tasks. If for work, then you need a percent (although this one is good, I'm sitting at work on the third generation i5, for web development with my head). Memory is very important, at least 12 GB.
3. Nothing is said about the SSD, it is more important than any vidyuhi for working with WebStorm and Photoshop.

Be sure to throw in the memory. If the drive is not an SSD, think about buying an SSD, at least a small one. And by the way, do you really have enough 500W for 1050?

I have ~20+ Chrome, WebStorm and Photoshop tabs open while I work.

In my opinion, comfortable work starts from 32Gb of RAM .. though I have a lot more open =)
Well, moving the system to an SSD adds speed very significantly
