Setting up mikrotik on 2ip from one provider?

Question for connoisseurs:
the provider gives the Internet via dhcp, there is a binding to the MAC address. There is a laptop without LAN outputs.
Purchased from a provider. IP (the poppy address when buying indicated from the wifi adapter of the laptop).
Task:
Distribute ip to a laptop via wifi, and let the main ip be on a PC.
What is the easiest way to do this with my Mikrotik - hAP AC (RB962UiGS-5HacT2HnT)? Maybe there are tutorials on this topic. The router has the latest firmware 6.41.
ps. I took Mikrotik out of the box for 20 minutes and set it up, so far I don’t really understand routerOS.
