Virtualization

Should I switch multiple hosts to linux hypervisor?

Good afternoon! Need advice.
There is a virtualized infrastructure on Hyper-V. Several hosts. Linux virtual machines are also running on Hyper-V (preferably) - Ubuntu 16.04, Debian Jessie, about 4 services. Now everything is working well. But there is an idea / desire to transfer Linux services to a hypervisor that is "closer in kinship", as an example of Proxmox.
From the point of view of management, I attracted the web interface, backups out of the box and its other goodies. Plus karma to experience ;)) There is a
dilemma ....
1) is it worth it? Because of the four services, start a Linux hypervisor
2) whether to make a zoo of solutions for Windows (Hyper-V), for Linux (Proxmox)?
I would be grateful for your advice. Thanks in advance.
PS Hyper-V by the way everywhere free version.

Of course, it’s not worth it from the point of view of the owner, and of course it’s worth it from the point of view of the administrator, you have to learn somehow

Zoo produce IMHO is not worth it. And proxmox is quite a decent system and windows works pretty well there.
