Which hosts allow Nested Virtualisation? I know about GCE, but is there anyone else?

Digital Ocean is not officially supported, but in fact it works in most cases (at least if the San Francisco 2 region is selected).

Azure, however, not all VM series:

Azure VM series Dv3 and Ev3 which enable running VMs inside Azure VMs or just nested virtualization.
