How to enable virtualization on Windows VPS?

I installed the Virtualbox program on Windows Server 2012 on VPS, writes an error during work:

This kernel requires the following features not present on the CPU:
pae
Unable to boot - please use a kernel appropriate for your CPU.

I found on the net that this is solved through
Method 1) When you turn on the computer, enter the BIOS and enable virtualization in the processor settings (if it is supported by the processor).

I tried to try to enter the BIOS through VNC, but the F1-12, DELETE buttons lead not to the BIOS, but to the Boot menu for selecting Windows boot options.
Is it possible to enter the BIOS in VPS? Is there any other way to enable virtualization on VPS?
Also, through the server manager, I tried to install Hyper-V, but wrote that it was already working.
Thanks in advance for your replies.

Contact the service provider... or not an option?

@Sanes

Hosters usually have nested virtualization disabled.

Explain the question please. Do you have a physical computer and you have installed virtualbox on it and now you are trying to run windows server 2012 there? If so, then virtualization must be enabled in the BIOS from the physical computer. Also, in the properties of the virtual machine, go to System >> Acceleration and check the box Enable VT-x/Amd-V
