Should I list online courses on my resume?

Hello. I'm self-taught on the front end. Basically, these are books and video courses, but the courses are mostly either on youtube channels, or torrents (even worse, in terms of karma :)), of course, there are no certificates, so the question is whether it is worth indicating in the resume that you took the courses, for example, by JS or Gulp, and if so, what is the best way to arrange it?
Thanks in advance for your replies.

I watched the educational course of an American blogger, and so they usually indicate everything that is possible: online courses, conferences, just courses.

link to github and portfolio - that's all your resume and nothing else is needed

Only if there is a Certificate / Diploma for completed courses
The only resource that I know in Russia that has a State. The license to issue a Certificate is Netology: netology.ru

I advise you to do this:
- a list of books read, post it on your blog in a prominent place
- a list of free courses / video conferences / trainings older than 1 year, also in a blog
- a list of courses / video conferences in your specialization not older than 1 year, required in a summary in a separate section. If it turns out to be large, then leave 5-10 of the largest and most significant.
This will give a good plus with the interlocutor who is "in the know." Discussion of projects from the git is one thing, but reports with highload ++ (albeit viewed for free on youtube) or fresh news from oracle developers (who conduct free trainings) are completely different things.

Certificates are no longer of interest to many.
More - the fact of ability to work is interesting!
Therefore, to show how you work, do the following:
1. Just shoot a video: how you make up one page and put it on youtube.
2. Also, on github - put the laid-out code of what is in the video.
3. Do this for 5 layouts of different directions and layout complexity.
This will be enough to understand whether you know how to work as the employer needs or not.

+0.1 Karma never hurts.
unless it's a course with a notoriously dubious reputation...

What's stopping you from getting certified in free courses?
