Should I learn any CSS framework other than Bootstrap?

I decided to learn CSS frameworks: please tell me how much it makes sense now to delve into something other than Bootstrap 4.
Is it worth it, for example, to learn Foundation, etc. frameworks?
Should I look at version 3 of Bootstrap?

What to teach them? The child will understand the documentation.

You need to learn CSS - frameworks should be used when necessary. When you master any one, all the rest will be understandable and available in general bloodlessly, and are needed only if you work on projects with specific requirements, for example, when supporting / modifying / supplementing an existing project using the framework with which it was laid out, it will be faster/more convenient/cheaper/better than rewriting from scratch on another framework or without it at all.
Bootstrap 3 - on floats, 4 - on flexes, I assume that 5 will be on grids. ))
If there is no experience, it is better to start from the current one, why go back, right? I started with the 3rd, with the 4th there are no problems at all, I use it, if I need to take a quick look at the docks. Projects that were at least a 5th part made for 3 have not been redone already. The new ones are already at 4.
Everything is purely subjective.

Version 3 is not much different from version 4, the principle of operation is the same ... but for a start (like me, for example), only Bootstrap is enough, people do this on it ... looking at their work, you understand that its capabilities will last you for a long time, and when you understand what exactly is missing, then you can look towards other frameworks, but for now it’s enough to know that they are ...)))

I would advise you to try out Foundation for Email for layout email newsletters. Conveniently. You think less about adaptation in the process of work. The principle of working with Foundation is not much different from Bootstrap.

Learn CSS and no frameworks will be needed. And so it is already full of these bootstrap sites with a bunch of crutches.
And yes, you don’t need to learn bootstrap, everything is in the documentation.
