When everything was ready, and I was waiting for him to ask for something else, this friend closes the project, and sculpts me 2.85 without explanation. I have experience, I did my best, I was in touch, and he himself wrote "good job". In my profile, I have rising talent, but I don’t want to have this deuce at the beginning of my journey. To get started, talk to the client, find out why such an assessment (more precisely, you can see for what skills a bad assessment), maybe he mixed up or misunderstood something. You can give him the opportunity to change the feedback "Enable client to change feedback".

Contact the client and find out from him why he gave you such an estimate, not just like that.
You cannot delete a rating.
