Should I dust my MacBook itself?

The MacBook is already 3 years old, it has never been cleaned of dust. Is it worth it to buy screwdrivers and do it yourself at home, or is there a chance of breaking something? :)

For 3 years, a lot of dust will not accumulate inside a poppy, unless you work in a dusty workshop. But if you still can’t wait, then there are no difficulties, the main thing is high-quality and strictly suitable screwdrivers. The bolts are licked at once, so if you feel that it doesn’t fit, leave this matter.

I can’t measure your pulse and breathing for stress and fatigue, and I didn’t analyze your thinking for compliance with the task, and even more so I don’t know your goals, so I won’t give you an exact answer.
If you want to learn how to do it yourself, then learn, well, even if you break your Macbook and "hit" several thousand, it's worth it, if, I repeat, you want.
In general, it is not clear why repair something that has not broken - is the temperature normal?
