Safari drag is not available under Windows. If we are talking about adequate modern versions.

I agree with the comment above, the only version for Windows that I managed to find is Safari Version: 5.1.7
For poppy, in turn, the version is already 12+, so I don’t know how relevant it is to test something on such an old version
