MacOS Safari slows down on certain sites (with effects)?

Safari MacOS (on MacBook 15 20017) slows down on certain sites (with effects). Example, go to dribbble and select any work. Scroll the scroll and see the lags, how to solve it? I've been looking for an answer to this question for a month now.
PS Other browsers work fine.
