At the same time, interestingly, these people mostly use chrome or firefox, but occasionally access sites through IE - simply because they don't care which browser to access through. If they suddenly open one browser for a long time, they click on the second, then the third, until it works. You go to their desktop through TeamViewer and not only are all browsers open at once, but there are also a lot of tabs.
