Is it possible to open a .css stylesheet through firebug?

Is it possible to open a .css stylesheet with firebug? Like ctrl+U for a .html file.

1. ctrl+u then click on the stylesheet link
2. open the element in the firebug and click on the link in the right pane where the css properties are listed. to the right of the identifier name.
