How to completely disable certificate checking in Opera 12?

In Mazda cars, the media system uses the 12th version of the Opera browser.
OCSP Validate Certificates=0
Already installed - but still a message appears - accept the certificate or not.
Unix system - ARM processor, it is possible to run with a parameter.
