How to remove css styles from computer?

I am experiencing problems with fonts, so for analysis I deleted all the code with fonts and the fonts themselves in css, but I restart browsers (chrome, mozilla, explorer), the styles still remain. Through Ccleaner I cleaned everything, but still. How to be?
