Should I choose an Ultrawide 38" or 4k 43" monitor?

Good afternoon. Tell me which monitor is better to choose. There was a need to increase the slave. space and instead of 27x2 came across these monitors.
More concerned about the issue of quality and picture settings for eye health. have to sit for days. Not for graphics, games.

1. 27x2 - this is infa about nothing (27 "can be 1920x1080, or maybe 2560x1440 / 1600, or maybe 3840x2160)
2. turn on the logic and the calculator:
- UltraWide monitors give a width of 3840, that is, one such is equivalent 27x2 only in its worst version (1920x1080) and merges with other options, which will give a total of 5120+ (and at the same time cost less).
- 4k will give a total of slightly more pixels than 2x27" 2560x1440 vertical). this option is already more interesting, but you need to check it yourself (not everyone is comfortable working with such monitors). Plus, do not forget that the most juice in 4k monitors is hidpi, which in these monitors is equivalent to 1920x1080 (which looks gigantic at 43 "and at close range).
