Does a Macbook Pro heat up with a USB-C monitor connected?

My Macbook pro 2018, when connected to an external 2k monitor, heats up in simple tasks, a usb-c to HDMI adapter was used.
The question is, if you take a monitor with a USB-C connector and connect a MacBook to it, will there be the same heating?

I also use a MacBook Pro 13 '2017 and recently bought a DELL P2419HC monitor with a type-c port, the laptop heats up when performing simple tasks, sometimes the processor reaches 90 degrees, while I installed an attachment that turns on the fans earlier (at a certain set temperature) while it helps)

There won't be any difference.

The same situation (Apparently the discrete video card is activated or the built-in video card is more strained. With the FHD monitor there was the same garbage. 65-70 degrees.

The same problem, of course, it is either warm or a little hot all the time, but with the connected monitor it heats up just to heat and without connecting to the network it holds a charge for 3 hours, even less, although the monitor has a separate power supply. But I’ll still take measurements, I just bought a poppy.
