What and how can be used as a monitor for a PC that does not have a monitor, as well as access to the OS.
There is a Samsung TV, which does not have a standard port, but has HDMI and USB.

I understand that by "standard port" means VGA? Well, it has been ten years already as NOT a standard.
Regarding the question - the cheapest and best option is an adapter. It costs from ~ 300-400 rubles for the cheapest ones.
