Should I buy a new PC?

The bottom line is that money has appeared, and for a day now the thought of upgrading a PC has been slipping. But every time I, objectively, tell myself that this is not advisable. Now ficus 8350, 16gb and px560. I play games (slightly missing, but far from a slideshow), programming (situation simulation, AI and web, about 33% / 33% / 33%). It seems to be enough for everything, but now I don’t know what to do next. Admission this year will most likely be your own apartment. I can leave money and buy a good laptop, even a very top-end one, so that there is enough for all 4 courses. Or is there an option to put the PC in an upgrade. I want an upgrade to Ryazan 5 2600. But every time I (my sane part) understand that it's not worth it, but my Wishlist says the opposite. There is just a chance that later you will have to spend many times more than 20k.

most likely to have his own apartment

I would rather spend money on furniture, a comfortable high-tech chair, a bed, a closet, an air conditioner.
The computer, in addition to the filling, also has a monitor and headphones - you can see what's wrong with them.
External drive for backup.
In general, if the computer pulls, then you can always see other, more pressing things.
