In general, I want to buy a MacBook Pro 13 TB (2018-2019), I myself am actively involved in web development and development for ios, that is, I need to run emulators and a code editor at the same time, and there is also a program with a design. Will it be enough for me with its 8GB. RAM? Who already has experience of working with such a device, whether everything suits you.

If you want comfort, then 8 is not enough) I have 16 and I'm happy like a boa constrictor, but the RAM rarely drops below 8 during active work. If you want 8, then you will immediately have to somehow regulate what software you have running
