Which macbook to choose?

The main stack is React Js and docker is always running.
Budget around 70k.
I looked towards macbook pro 2015. What in general can be taken in this one better in terms of performance?

M1! Look for a used one, pay extra money.
Air on the M1 beats the MPB on the 2015 i7. And that's it.
