Why doesn't my macbook wake up from sleep sometimes?

This has been happening a lot lately. I close the lid, I leave, it does not wake up, the screen does not turn on, the keyboard does not glow. You have to reload it. It can warm up in this mode, stupidly stand in this state and warm up. I sinned on the RAM, but I already changed it. I reinstalled the axle, to no avail.
Macbook PRO 13" mid 2010, SSD installed.
The logs in the console are almost always the same.
