Why do ripples flicker on the screen when the lid is opened?

The new MacBook Pro 13 "2017. When you open the lid from sleep mode (if he slept for a while), some ripples like white noise flicker for a second, then a normal image turns on. If you close the working laptop and immediately open it again, there is no such thing. Only if it will lie down for a while in sleep mode.
Next to the second MacBook Pro 15 "2015, nothing like this has ever been observed in several years.
What could it be? Is it normal?

In general, I waited for Mojave, updated on the first day. Since then, the ripple has never appeared. Anyone with the same problem, please update. Must pass.

I have the same nonsense on 15th year 16 on 10.13, and somehow it appeared only on the latest updates ... A couple of months ago, this was definitely not the case!

The same problem appeared, on the 13th firmware of 2017, after updating to high Sierra 10.13.6, now at a loss what to do, is it a marriage or buggy software.

Same problem. Yesterday I bought a new MacbookPro '13 2017 (no touchbar), High Sierra installed. This morning I opened the lid of the poppy and there are no artifacts, everything is fine, i.e. he was in sleep mode all night. I opened it again after 5 hours and for the first time I saw this miracle. Has anyone already solved this issue? I hope it's all about the software, because there are no official Apple services in our country, and in case of marriage, I can return the laptop only within 10 days.

To everyone who posted above, THANK YOU. You reassured me a little, because the same problem. New MacbookPro '13 2017 (no touchbar), High Sierra installed and this noise screen flickering through and through again and again. Every time a microstroke, because you really don’t want to play with services. Let's hope that the new software will fix everything :)
