2) macbook pro 13 2019 256, i5 2.4, 8gb ~ 135k rubles
3) wait for the end of the year not to buy anything as there are new processors

Macbooks have only recently updated processors, new ones by the end of the year, if they are, then at 16". Many are still waiting for 14" macbooks instead of 13 ...
