Individual entrepreneur

Should I apply for an IP or work illegally?

It seems to me that if I work officially as an individual entrepreneur, I will approach work more responsibly than as it is now, and accordingly I will increase the quality of services and income. Do you think it's worth the trouble to get an IP?

The question is not correctly posed initially for reasons:
- external motivation, such as having an official individual entrepreneur, does not affect the quality of work, maximum obligations to perform work
- working illegally is a crime and is punished accordingly. The Russian "maybe" does not help everyone, and a number of clients will not want to work with an individual

- The presence of an individual entrepreneur is not an indicator of legality, you can register an NPA, LLC, etc., and the tax office may have questions, and there, here about another story, work on yourself
- The absence of an individual entrepreneur is not a lack of motivation, among hired employees there are full of motivated and responsible employees again work on yourself
