Has anyone withdrawn rubles from payoneer to a current account?

Hello everyone
As far as I know, payoneer has the ability to withdraw rubles to an account in a Russian bank.
1) Has anyone tried to withdraw rubles to a Russian bank?
2) And if the account is in dollars, does payoneer itself convert it into rubles?
3) Is it possible to withdraw to the account of IP?
