How and where to register and maintain an IP for a programmer on a budget to interact with a client?

I'm going to work with a large customer for 2-3 years. Forced to open IP for ease of interaction.
Actually, maybe later I will sell my plug-ins on the Internet through the site as an individual entrepreneur.
Now we need to calculate the costs of opening and maintaining an IP - for compensation by the client, what will be included there?
- payment for registration of an individual entrepreneur
- opening and maintaining a bank account
- subscription fee for using some online accounting service
- buy a digital signature to send docks to the tax office from online accounting
- make a seal to fill out acts under an agreement with a client
- taxes (6-7 according to the simplified tax system) + social. payments
what else did i forget? What other expenses might there be? the client is waiting for specific calculations on this issue ...
ps: can you recommend some convenient and inexpensive bank, where there will be an online accounting service, as well as all the necessary goodies for me?

Explicit advertising is prohibited here by the Rules, so the names of banks will be veiled.
There is such a person - Oleg Tinkov, he is a very talented businessman, he opened many different businesses, and, among other things, opened a very convenient online bank.
All questions except the first one are completely closed.
The price of the issue is ~ 600 rubles per month for maintaining an account and SMS.
This is the minimum tariff for the bank, and at the same time quite low in the whole market.
By the way, the withdrawal of money to the account of an individual is free within 400 thousand per month (150 for a debit and 250 for a credit card) - again, this is for the most minimal tariff (for the rest, the limits are higher, the commission is lower).
Of the bonuses - * free bookkeeping with the delivery of reports *.
They themselves calculate taxes and social contributions, form a declaration - all that remains is to check with their eyes and click "Send"
. Banks resembling different punctuation marks and Greek letters are trying to be in approximately the same price segment. However, they have a mandatory commission for withdrawing to themselves (1%).
They also say that the bank named after German Oskarovich also recently reduced prices to a similar level (a couple of years ago it was about 1,300 rubles a month).
If you like it, I can give an affiliate link for registration (+1 month of free service).
A significant proportion of "overhead" costs are taxes and pension contributions.
Pension funds are divided into fixed (minimum wage * 31.1% * 12 months) and floating (1% of turnover over 300 thousand)
Fortunately, for individual entrepreneurs on the simplified tax system, pension contributions are tax deductions, i.e. reduce the amount of the STS tax by the entire amount of pension contributions paid for the tax period (quarter). This is true only for individual entrepreneurs without employees.
Particular attention should be paid to submitting an application for the application of the simplified tax system (6% or 15%) immediately when submitting documents for registration of IP. After registration, there seems to be a week to choose a taxation system. If this is not done, OSNO is automatically selected with all the resulting VAT's and other smut.

I use Molbank + Elba
Automation is almost complete.
According to the tariffs, 5000 modules per year and elba 5000 for economy (if you need foreign currency accounts - it will be 18000)
I want to warn against using the My business service. Threw 10 tyr. At the pre-sale, they deceive about the possibilities (they say the full functionality starts working on the paid version), in fact everything is the same. The offer says a refund within a week, and for a month they have not returned the money.
