Closing a sole proprietorship, opening an LLC
Hello colleagues!
We decided to liquidate the IP, open an LLC.
Accounting and HR issues outsourced. They are preparing a notice of dismissal of employees, and ask me for an order to close the IP, on the basis of which they will make notifications.
I haven't found anything similar on the internet. Tell me, who had experience, what needs to be done to correctly notify and dismiss employees?
Those. All the steps are clear, but it was with this that questions arose.
PS: About two months ago, a service for legal assistance slipped through the habr tape, but I can’t find something. Drop a link.

Notification due to the termination of the activities of an individual entrepreneur is not required by law - this is not a reduction in staff and not the liquidation of an organization. But an order for each employee to dismiss (or rather, terminate the employment contract) in connection with the termination of the activity of the individual entrepreneur (clause 1 of article 81 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation) must be issued and the employee must be familiarized with this order against signature. On the basis of this order, an entry will be made about the dismissal in the work book of the employee. Also, each employee will need to issue a certificate of average earnings and a copy of the individual information submitted to him by the FIU, and, upon written application, certified copies of other documents related to his work. On the day of dismissal, give employees a calculation, completed work books and described documents. Details are in Art. 84.1 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
