How not to get confused with money?
For freelancing, a month ago I opened an individual entrepreneur with the simplified tax system. Before that, I had nothing to do with anything like that, and therefore the question of self-organization.
Here I have a r / s. Approximately once a month he receives income. At the same time, I need to set aside from it for a quarterly advance tax, account maintenance, online accounting, insurance premiums. Postpone everything a little bit so that the quarters and the end of the year pass unnoticed in finances.
And I would like to withdraw my net balance to my personal card.
The fact is that all this is counted manually every month, where is your money, where is someone else's some kind of crap. How do you organize it yourself? Or maybe your bank can do that? I chose a point-bank, there is just an account that can be replenished or withdrawn and all the money is in a pile. Probably, it would be more convenient if it would be possible to somehow automatically configure the "subfolders of funds" so that when they arrive, they are automatically divided into personal and for taxes.

For IP on the simplified tax system, an accountant is not needed. Everything is quite simple there.
Very convenient TinkoffAccounting . All necessary taxes and contributions are calculated independently and show a notification. It is only necessary to click "confirm / pay" once a quarter.
It does not divide into "subfolders of funds (personal and for taxes)", but shows the calendar and the amount of future payments, and you can deduct the amount of taxes from the total amount on the account yourself.
Free for bank customers.
