Explain about currency control and IP?

Hello.
I have an indefinite contract with an American company, I work as a frontend developer on an ongoing basis.
I am preparing the docks for filing for IP and opening a foreign currency account in a bank. Studied popular topics on habré and toaster. A certain picture of actions has been formed, but there are several questions, please correct / supplement if something is wrong.
1. Open IP. Everything seems to be simple here.
2. Open a foreign currency bank account. Here everything is not so simple. I live in a small town, there are few banks here, there are no Points, Modulbanks and Alfa-banks here. How to be? Can I use Sber? (There is Rosselkhozbank, Sovcombank, VTB24, Sberbank).
3. Register in Elba for accounting.
4. Translate the current contract into Russian. Can you do it yourself? As far as I understand it is not necessary to certify.
Look like that's it?
And the procedure after registering an individual entrepreneur and everything else is as follows:
1. Once a month, I must send an invoice or act to the employer with an account number, with a list of work performed (Is this mandatory? I have an open-ended contract, tasks may be different).
2. Money falls in $ to a transit account, where the bank checks the transaction, invoice (act) and contract, as I understand it?
3. You will need to transfer them to a ruble account and pay tax on the amount at the time the money is received for the transaction. check.
4. Can I send / do anything with the amount from the ruble account?
Missed something?
PS If for some time now I have received a salary from this company on paypal and withdrawn it to an account in Sberbank, can this somehow surface?
Thanks for the help!

Look in the direction of Tinkoff Bank, they seem to have foreign currency accounts for individual entrepreneurs + they have free bookkeeping, they calculate tax for you for free (based on the amount received on the account + you can specify other operations that were not through Tinkoff) + there is tax and pension calendar, you don't have to pay anything to anyone.
Most likely (but I'm not sure) the tax office will ask you to prove that your transaction is not controlled (this is done easily, you just need to satisfy three points and write a statement.

Find out about banks you don't have. I can say for sure that Module Bank used to go to cities where they are absent. And you don't need much from the bank.
What for? Why spend 9-15K for something that you yourself can do in an hour once a year?
If you are an individual entrepreneur on a simplified system, and if the amount of your obligations is less than 50K dollars, then a transaction passport is not needed. Let the specialists correct it, but in the Module I just say so.
Look like that's it?
No, unless the employer requires it.
The bank does everything itself, the issue price for the Module is 300 rubles per transaction up to 200K, it seems.
if you are a SP on a simplified 6%, then you can do whatever you want with this money. Do not forget to pay annual contributions to the pension, 6% tax (and also find out in your city about tax holidays for individual entrepreneurs), and 1% for everything above 300K.

1. Open IP. Everything seems to be simple here.
When choosing a taxation system, do not be too lazy to find out the cost of a patent for your type of activity.
It may turn out that in your region / city it will be more profitable for you to use the STS than the STS with 6% of income.
3. Register in Elba for accounting.
You can do everything yourself. In principle, this is not difficult, either on the simplified tax system or on the PSN.
4. Translate the current contract into Russian. Can you do it yourself? As far as I understand it is not necessary to certify.
Ask at the bank. In one I was accepted as is in English, in the other two they demanded a notarized translation.
1. Once a month, I have to send an invoice or act to the employer with the account number, with a list of work performed (Is this mandatory? I have an open-ended contract, tasks may be different).
I have something like this and it turns out, but without a list. The customer does not need it, nor does the currency control, they only need an invoice and an act.
2. Money falls in $ to a transit account, where the bank checks the transaction, invoice (act) and contract, as I understand it?
When the money has arrived, you will have to provide the bank with a certificate of currency transactions, a certificate of supporting documents (+ the documents themselves - an invoice and an act) and an order regarding the amount received within 15 working days. The bank will check the certificates and execute the order. the order may be to transfer currency to your current currency account, or to sell currency for rubles with the proceeds credited to your ruble account.
3. You will need to transfer them to a ruble account and pay tax on the amount at the time the money is received for the transaction. check.
It is not necessary to convert to rubles. You can keep them on the currency and exchange them for rubles as needed. Pay tax (from the ruble) if you have a simplified tax system. With PSN, no tax arises, because you pay it, as it were, in advance upon receipt of a patent.
4. Can I send / do anything with the amount from the ruble account?
From the ruble or currency account of the IP, send money to yourself to the account of an individual (this is also an operation subject to currency control and requires a certificate of VO, but it is simple) and from there do whatever you want with it.
PS If for some time now I have received a salary from this company on paypal and withdrawn it to an account in Sberbank, can this somehow surface?
very unlikely. in the purpose of the payment, I hope there was no word salary :)
And in general, when you become an individual entrepreneur, immediately forget about the word "salary". All that will come to your account from the client is your entrepreneurial income.
Good luck !

To open an individual entrepreneur, you need to find the address of your tax office on the nalog.ru website - pay a fee of 800 rubles - fill out an application for an individual entrepreneur (1 copy) - immediately (!) fill out an application for the USN (2 copies) - come to the tax office with a passport, Submit documents, receive a package of documents in 3 days. After that, you need to open an IP account in a bank. I use Tinkoff Bank . In many cities, their courier will come for free. Perhaps, in your city, too, or arrange everything by mail, or you will have to go to them once. At the same time, I advise them to immediately issue an individual card, so that later you can withdraw money through it without a commission (see below). Six months free, then 500 rubles / month. Currency control 0.2%.
Conversion into rubles at the current exchange rate + 0.5%.
Online accounting on their website is free - just click once every few months to pay the necessary taxes (if you have a simplified tax system, then 28K / year + simplified tax system 6% + 1% over 300K / year). And don't worry about anything else.
Individual entrepreneurs can pay money without a commission:
- spend on the card in any store,
- transfer individuals to their card and withdraw from it at any ATM. At a rate of 500 rubles / month: up to 150K / month for debit and up to 250K / month for credit. At a rate of 1000 rubles / month: up to 300K / month for debit and up to 350K / month for credit.
profit.

If you withdraw more than 30% of your income in cash or transfer it to an individual's account / card, the automated financial control system is triggered and "takes note".
If more than 70% and regularly, then with a high probability the account will be blocked + the bank will withhold 10% of the commission from the account balance + the TIN will be blacklisted (inability to open accounts in other banks).

Where does such a sophisticated fantasy come from? For 10 years I have been working as an individual entrepreneur on the simplified tax system and constantly transfer 90% of all receipts to my personal account. So far, no one has had any questions about this topic.

Come to the bank with your feet, get acquainted with their currency control and just talk. In particular, will they accept such documents from you as the employer gives you.
At some banks , for a ridiculous amount of money, the currency control itself will draw up the documents for you . Moreover, there are no documents, but a complete formality.

There is a whole thread about blocking on banki.ru/forum/
The way out is to make purchases as much as possible from a corporate card (an individual entrepreneur has the right to dispose of his funds more freely than an LLC), pay taxes and other expenses from an individual entrepreneur account, i.e. minimize withdrawals.
I do not recommend using Sberbank for the reason that it is the most common and it is better to leave it as a backup route when other banks send "to the exit with things." For if Sberbank (including FL accounts) blocks you, then this is a complete ass in terms of personal payments, purchases, utility bills, etc.
