Should I accept a job offer?
Just a couple of days ago, I defended my diploma on the implementation of a face recognition software package in Java (using OpenImaj and its implemented detector and recognizer algorithms), which has been my only headache so far. Then there was the ghostly prospect of a long process of studying the technology stack and finding the first job for a Java coder job, at least that's how it looked to me immediately before the defense. At the end of the defense process, the chairman of the commission, namely the director of a third-party organization cooperating with the Ministry of Defense, invited me and two other guys to work with him, based on the defense of our theses.
At the moment I am in a state of soul-searching because of what happened. And I personally have the following thoughts and concerns:
1. I personally do not consider the amount of work I have done sufficient to consider myself as a candidate for such a vacancy and I am not confident in my skills in the field of computer vision. Although I don't know the specific responsibilities for the proposed job yet.
2. I do not have any work experience, and this could be a great chance to get one. On the other hand, it may turn out to be a job that will take up all my time and I won't be able to "leapfrog" to the commercial track eventually.
3. Given the level of my knowledge (perhaps self-critically assessed) and 2 points, I have no confidence in the success of the process of self-search for work in case of rejection of the offer.
4. If you monitor vacancies on the organization’s website, then they focus on C ++ (which I studied at a basic level a couple of years ago and have not used for a long time) and Qt (with which, respectively, the same situation), while I was going to delve into Java development, and they also have quite high requirements for candidates. Although I still had experience with the technologies they required.
5. For the duration of the internship, they offer 30k, without naming the exact amount in case of successful completion of it and enrollment in the state. Given my inexperience in the field of agreements with employers, this may result in a low salary for the next couple of years.
6. I did not intend to continue my studies in the magistracy, because I did not find it among the usual list of requirements for almost any vacancy that I considered. But according to the rhetoric of the director of that organization, special emphasis was placed on the fact that in the case of continuing education in the magistracy, they are guaranteed assistance (in some matters).
Given all of the above, is it worth taking this offer as your first work experience?
P.S. I'm not trying to get a specific answer for myself, I just would like to hear the advice of more experienced colleagues in the industry.

I think you've piled up problems out of nowhere. From the conclusion you wrote: I’m not sure of anything, I don’t know anything completely, I have no experience, they offer a titmouse in their hands, and you think you can hang out without work and without experience and look for some kind of commercial rails. There are not calm tracks, but very high competition, especially among juniors. Of course, agree to the current offer, now you are nobody with a diploma, and after a couple of years you will be a specialist with experience, and commercial rails will find you. Moreover, the experience of working as a programmer in the Ministry of Defense for commercial rails sounds impressive.

everyone understands perfectly well how students do work and the fact that a student was able to assemble something that works from ready-made ones either means that he is not stupid and will be able to work

Slavery was abolished a long time ago, if you don’t like the conditions, you quit.

how can you decide something for you? You have your own head, weigh all the pros and cons and decide.
ah that's how. contractor of defense mines?) agree, if in six months you are not satisfied with your salary, go to the labor market with work experience
Get ready that you can become restricted to travel abroad for 5-15 years after your dismissal.
It is best to ask to introduce you to those who already work there in order to understand
/ ask about the nuances.
1. Do not complex. Not the gods burn the pots. Get it right.
2. 30 offer? Well, in the provinces for a beginner, who at first will not benefit and even slightly harm, this is a common proposal, norms.
3. Regarding the magistracy ... Opinions are different, but my opinion is that while young, while there is an opportunity, one must study.
4. As a start, it’s very good, anything is better than a galley. I would agree.
I’ll say this: it just seems to you that you haven’t worked up yet, such prospects are opening up in life, and here the galley is in the Ministry of Defense for life, so if you have the opportunity to do some work, do some work for now, you can always go to work, with such a stack of technologies they will be torn off with their hands at any age .
