Should an organization have one privacy policy or several?

If an organization processes PD of different groups of persons:

  • their employees,
  • clients,
  • subscribers to the news (not employees and not current customers),
  • site visitors (anyone who entered the site collecting non-personal data using cookies),

Is it necessary to prepare one PD Policy, or can there be several, for example: separate for site visitors, separate for registrants, separate for employees, separate for clients?
From each group it is supposed to collect data of different volume and for different purposes.

This is as you please ... you can develop one general policy, and specify it in applications by sources of obtaining PD and goals, or you can divide it ... but the first option is easier to administer (make changes, supplement, and for employees it’s easier to know that the organization has one document, not ten, which you need to get acquainted with, sign ten times ... etc.)
