At what age can you start earning programming?

Interested in the legal side of the issue and the very fact of communication with the customer. For example, it is no secret that in many schools teachers ask schoolchildren to provide free services for the set of manuals, printouts at home, preparation of presentations, and so on. And if the student wants to use his experience outside of school?

With the consent of one of the parents (trustee) and the body of guardianship and guardianship, an employment contract may be concluded with a person who is receiving general education and has reached the age of fourteen years, in order to perform light work in his free time from education, which does not harm his health and without prejudice to development of the educational program.

Well, use it. I started writing and selling my first mobile CMS scripts in 2008, when I was 12 years old, so I don't think that age is a problem.
Although no, orders will be harder to find, for this portfolio will be needed.

How do you agree.
In the vast majority of cases, no one bothers with official registration. Your age, respectively, does not interest anyone.
When you work remotely, no one will see you. Usually correspondence. In principle, voice Skype is also possible, but this is not very convenient (after all, the correspondence remains and you can see what was discussed if you forgot), so voice is not always used.
And formally, according to the law - from the age of 14 it's easy and simple.

From anyone.
I have a friend who only got acquainted with programming at 30 and now, after 3 years, he works normally and earns.
Personally, I started at 16. And after 17 years, I still love what I do.
But legally, it seems, you can only from 18.
