Shortcut's for manually setting B/W points in curves?

Can you please tell me the hotkeys used in curves for manually setting the black and white points.
Cmd+Shift - set black and white points;
Alt + 3 - go to the red channel;
= - go to the required point;
and what key combination can be used to go to the Input/Output value input field?
