How to remove these lines?

Hello. I noticed a long time ago in Photoshop when you make a gradient fill, when you save it in jpg, ugly lines appear. Is there any way to overcome this mess?

1) checkmark dither in layer styles: cl.ly/image/203b0K2K2u0d
Put a gradient overlay, for example, on a vector rectangle, and then twist the rectangle - it’s convenient and layout designers can pull this gradient in CSS for themselves when it comes to web design. The dither checkbox is also found in the gradient map: cl.ly/image/443g042i1y3x
2) in extreme cases, there is a method from 90x: before submitting the layout to the web in order to avoid such stripes on dark monitors - the layer with the gradient is slightly (by 1%) covered by noise cl.ly/image/0H3P2W1T2K3k , this smooths out the stripes.
In general, try not to make long gradients with a very low difference in color brightness. A little darker is the dark color, a little lighter is the light part and there will already be fewer stripes.

In addition to the above, you can also try temporarily switching to 48-bit colors.
