Retro, vintage, pin-up posters. It will not be possible to imitate, because earlier they painted like this with paints and there are definitely no plug-ins, in any case, which would give at least an approximate result. The only option is to outline the photo in FS with pens + apply light filters. There are tutorials on the internet on this subject. As for the outline, you need to give the right balance to light / shadow and color saturation.
