Setting up auto-update of Mikrotik software on the network from a flash drive in the head router or something similar. How?
Good day to all. I want to force my Mikrotiki to be updated from one specific place, of course, on the same network. The task is as follows: I want to upload a firmware update that I have verified in all aspects to a USB flash drive in the head router so that all Mikrotik devices in that subnet are automatically updated to this most flooded version. I understand that there are different firmware architectures. I'm interested in the smips and mipsbe versions.
Of course, the question is how to set up auto-update of a device from a router flash drive on the same subnet?
Immediately I ask you not to be clever of those who say that some admins have an awl in their f... and have nothing to do and then, in case of failure, run and tear their hair on their heads. I first check all my solutions on a home layout, then upload them to devices 500 km away from me. One good person suggested to try the DUDE version, but, unfortunately, there are no devices with the required architecture on the network. Maybe later I'll put it, but now it's not possible.

If you are using Winbox, there is an Auto Upgrade option in the System menu. In this menu, you can register the address and user from your central router on the end routers, and on it in Files put the packages you want to update with.
Through the terminal it looks like this:
Then comes the password request.
All that remains is to throw the script into System / Scheduler for download and reboot.
