How to set up Mikrotik 951ui-2hnd so that it can work both via LTE whistle and via wire, if we do not know in advance whether the wire, whistle, or both will be plugged in on the spot? The problem is that, for example, without a whistle, you cannot create an lte device in advance. Plugging in a whistle at a point will not work, because if you pull out lte, the device will disappear and the route will be an error, that is, it will not work. Accordingly, it is necessary to start the route only by sticking a whistle, automatically.
I will formulate the task in detail: We need a script or configuration (preferably commands for the terminal) for the Mikrotik 951ui-2hnd router.
Requirements for the script (settings).
1. Determine the availability of Internet access via a wire and / or usb modem (M150-2 Megafon).
2. If there is no Internet on the current channel (on the wire), switch to the spare channel (usb-modem), if the problem persists, switch back.
In this case, many different conditions must be taken into account:
1. A wire or whistle can be pulled out, and after some time it can be turned back on.
2. Be able to determine if the wire is plugged in, if there is Internet access.
3. Be able to determine if the usb-modem is connected, whether there is Internet access.
4. Be able to work when only the wire is connected during the week, and the whistle is connected the next week. (For example, the modem has both a whistle and a wire, but after the first week on the wire, the Internet is only on the whistle).
5. During the script's operation, disconnections with the Internet are not allowed.
6. Test Internet access, and switch from the main channel to the spare (if there is no Internet on the main channel, but on the spare), at least once every 5 minutes. (be able to work on a schedule)

Для маршрутов можно назначить метрики, с настройками LTE думаю без скриптописания не обойтись, вероятно под разные девайсы вероятнее всего будут отличаться настройки, можно попробовать задетектировать модель и применить сет настроек из скрипта.
По поводу команд, можно настроить руками через веб гуйню или через winbox, не важно, а потом просто сделать /export, например так:
Либо протыкиванием нужных кнопок в winbox или веб гуйне.
