Good afternoon, is it possible to connect a single lc cable to the dual connector of the MikroTik S-31DLC20D Optical SFP module and will it work normally?

You can connect it, but it won't work. Two cables are needed.
The connector is double so that you do not confuse the polarity.

Two single cables - you can, if you observe the polarity. One - no. Only single-fiber WDM modules can work over one cable.
