There is a Mikrotik rb951-2hnd, a problem arose, the number of network users increased from 5 to 20, Internet lags appeared, digging showed that pings to Mikrotik became very unstable from 1ms to 800 and losses, viewing the Mikrotik configs showed that the web proxy was on, turning it off ( unchecking enabled) cures all lags completely, but another problem appears, half of the sites with the connection_refused error stop opening, and so, please explain to me the stupid one how to properly disable this fucking web proxy, the task of controlling employee access to the Internet is not worth it, so it not really needed.
